Each piece of jewellery we create is made with precision and attention to detail. We use the best materials and personally supervise each stage of the process in our workshop. Our aim is to create an elegant product that is not only beautiful, but also designed to last for years.

We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your jewellery has a problem related to manufacturing or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse or loss
Tarnishing due to chemicals or water
Modifications or repairs by third parties

Our physical store has closed, but the online shop will remain open until stocks are exhausted. The one-year guarantee remains valid at all times, whether the store is open or not.

Our watch straps are one size which fits all and cannot be changed, but they are adjustable to fit comfortably for a range of wrist sizes.

To keep your jewellery looking good and working properly:

2. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box.

3. For watches, be sure to replace the battery if necessary and, for mechanical watches, wind them regularly.
